The courses are in the form of videos that you can watch at your own discretion whenever you have time, and all you need to do is sign up for a free account. The videos are brought to you by experts in the fundraising field and talk about various topics from how to start a nonprofit, to the crucial details such as nonprofit finances and strategy development.
Offered by Philanthropy University on classcentral, this course is a five week long course with a required input of about 1-2 hours per week. It helps you look at your organization from the eyes of your funders to be able to get a better idea of how to strengthen it. It will allow you to consider different strategies of fundraising along with a hands-on project of planning a small-scale fundraising event. There are four modules to the course, each talking about and teaching a different vital skill to running your nonprofit efficiently. The course is free and provides a certificate upon completion.
