Every month, we collect all of your donations and transfer them (minus fees) to your bank account. This is the only financial transaction you will be dealing with.

No. We’re providing you with all the tools you need to make your fundraising easy. Your job is to do a great job in reaching out to your community. When you are reaching your fundraising target, keeping your page updated and communicating with your donors, your rank will be higher and you will be featured on the home page. This is when you get donors from the exposure GivingLoop provides. It is not a guarantee, it has to be earned.

After clicking the “Donate” button, you will be asked to enter your name, email and an optional support message. After clicking the “Checkout” button, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. That’s it.
Yes, we highly encourage you to do that.
Everyone. We’re all about transparency. The entity fundraising will receive a notification. You will be placed in the donors’ section on their page.
We do not store your payment info. You are asked to provide them by the payment gateway provider. If the entity you are donating for does not send you a monthly report showcasing progress and updates, our system will automatically cancel your subscription.
